Who We Are
The dedicated D2 Ventures team is made up of individuals from different backgrounds who use their experience in real estate, finances and leadership to provide innovative hands-off opportunities to investors at all levels of experience.
Peyton and Milena Dorsey
Co-Founders and Partners
Milena is originally from Brazil, has lived in 5 different countries (mostly Europe), and speaks 5 languages. She is the proud mother of three boys and has built a nationwide Notary company, assisting in closing over 4,000 real estate transactions per year. As founder and principal, she continues to drive growth annually.
Prior to Signature One Signing Services, Milena’s past work experiences include being a sales representative and business development leader. Her responsibilities included capturing clients, managing accounts, project management, and coordination. Milena has an uncanny ability to quickly develop trust, build lasting teams, and accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently. She excels at building strong teams, negotiating, and finding the “deal.”

Peyton was born and raised in Elberton, Georgia, and is the proud father of three boys. He joined the United States Air Force as an F-16 fighter jet crew chief. He was stationed at Luke AFB AZ, Kunsan AB South Korea, Misawa AB Japan and Aviano AFB Italy. Peyton’s various leadership roles as quality control and quality assurance on F-16s have instilled in him a high level of attention to detail which proved invaluable to his team in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and throughout the remainder of his career. After leaving the military Peyton has continued to serve as a Military Contractor at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV maintaining the F-16s.
Peyton’s structure and analytic thinking are instrumental in vetting potential properties, construction management, and scheduled maintenance programs.
Rob and Jeanine Damare
Co-Founders & Partners
After graduating from West Point (’95) and serving in the Army, Rob has spent the majority of his time in Program Management and building companies. His true passion has always been real estate. Post Katrina, he bought, renovated, and either rented or sold over 35 properties.
Throughout this process, he has gained experience and a network of construction and real estate resources. Rob’s specialty is in bringing together teams and planning. After selling R2 Technologies in 2005, he spent most of his time growing Patriot Government Services. With a management team in structure in place, he is poised to refocus his attention on Real Estate.
Rob will be the boots on the ground in Mobile. Working with both the local management team and developing relationships at the local and state level.

As a realtor licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi, Jeanine is a Top Producing Agent for Berkshire Hathaway, specializing in Luxury Collection properties. She has an annualized sales volume topping $10M.
Licensed for over 12 years, Jeanine specializes in both interior and exterior design, decorating, and staging. Prior to becoming a Realtor and Real Estate Professional, she spent time managing luxury Short and Mid Term rental properties with high-net-worth clients. When she is not serving her real estate clients, she loves developing renovation designs. Jeanine brings a wealth of real estate experience and resources to the team.
